The project inspires to create a tranquil space coinciding with the Central Court of innovation's peacemaking program. Cohabiting in the space lies moss. Moss gives a sense of coolness and peacefulness. Moss can grow indoors and outdoors, connecting private and public. The tower itself is shaped to spur the growth of moss, shading the inner courtyard from direct sun. The tower, axial with Vandam street, bisects the site creating a private and public courtyard. The public courtyard includes moss and zen gardens serving as nice ground for peacemaking. The private courtyard, on the south side, receives ample sunlight thus trees are planted to create shade. All elements combined create harmony.
